WANA (July 03) — According to the recent report of the Central Bank, in 2021, the loan facility in the employment sector increased from 61,000,000,000 Rials to 574,000,000,000 Rials in 2023, and this facility in the home business sector increased from 2,000,000,000 to 27,000,000,000 Rials in 2023.

 

Based on the positive relationship between the increase in central bank facilities and employment and home jobs, the decrease in the unemployment rate during the mentioned period is significant.

 

Therefore, the unemployment rate in urban areas decreased from 9.9% in 2021 to 8.7% in 2023. Also, the rate in rural areas of the country reached from 6.9% to 5.8% during the mentioned period.
