WANA (July 8) – Message of Appreciation from the Elected President to the Secretary-General of Hezbollah

 

Mr. Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah, Honorable Secretary-General of Hezbollah,

 

Greetings and heartfelt thanks. I have received your valuable and kind message following my election as the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

 

The Islamic Republic of Iran has always stood by the resistance of the people in the region against the illegitimate Zionist regime.

 

This unwavering support is deeply rooted in the fundamental policies of the Islamic Republic, the ideals of the late Imam Khomeini (may his soul rest in peace), and the guidance of the Supreme Leader (may he live long).

 

We will continue this support with full strength and determination. I am confident that the resistance movements in the region will prevent this regime from pursuing its warmongering and criminal policies against the oppressed people of Palestine and other nations in the region.

 

 

I am grateful for your sincere prayers and support. I pray to Almighty God to grant you more incredible honour and success, to bring prosperity and progress to the people of Lebanon, and to bestow divine victory upon the heroic fighters of the resistance.
