WANA (July 24) – The Chief of Staff of the former President of Iran, referring to Ayatollah Raisi’s activities over the past three years, said, “The President was not only a reformer but also a creator of change.”

In the last meeting of the Thirteenth Administration, Gholam-Hossein Esmaili presented a report on the achievements of the Presidential Office and said, “During the presidency of the martyred president, he had 345 foreign meetings, averaging one meeting every three days. He also had 149 phone calls with foreign officials, made 28 foreign trips, and hosted 19 foreign heads of state in Tehran, averaging an international program every other day. Additionally, he participated in 12 international summits in person and via webinar. The transformation in the international system and the revival of Iran’s role in the international system did not come easily. These are just during the presidency and do not include meetings before the inauguration period.”

Esmaili, stating that the martyred president was focused on understanding and solving systemic issues, said, “In line with his emphasis, we took specific actions in the office and held special sessions as problem-solving sessions. He attended 50 meetings in areas such as railways, waste management, housing, and foreign agreements.”
