WANA (August 10) – General Esmail Qaani, in a letter to Yahya Sinwar, praised him as a distinguished figure with a proud history in leadership and jihad.

 

He congratulated Sinwar on his election as the new head of Hamas’ Political Bureau, extending his congratulations to all the heroes of Hamas, Gaza, and the Palestinian nation.

 

The commander of the Quds Force of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps stated that the blood of Martyr Haniyeh would have a significant impact on the severe punishment of the Zionist regime by the Islamic Republic.

 

He added: “As the Supreme Leader has stated, we consider it our duty to avenge his blood for this tragic incident within the Islamic Republic.”

 

In this letter, the Quds Force commander emphasized: “There is no doubt that the blood of this honorable martyr will influence the harsh punishment of the Zionist regime by the Islamic Republic.”

 

General Qaani also noted that by choosing a new leader, Hamas has once again demonstrated that it entrusts its proud banner to someone who holds the most influence in the field and is a true warrior in the path of God.
