WANA (August 12) – The Israeli authorities are anticipating Iran’s retaliatory response to the assassination of Ismail Haniyeh, the political leader of Hamas in Tehran. This situation could result in significant implications for this regime.

In a recent phone conversation, Yoav Gallant, the Minister of Defense of the Israeli government, discussed Iran’s retaliatory response with Lloyd Austin, the US Secretary of Defense.

During the call, Gallant expressed concerns that Iran is preparing to attack Israel, indicating that Tehran may be planning a significant offensive against his country. Israeli intelligence estimates indicate that Iran’s retaliatory attack in response to Haniyeh’s assassination is expected in the coming days.

The Minister of War of the Zionist regime emphasized: “We warn Iran and the Lebanese Hezbollah movement about the miscalculation and forcing Israel to react, which will ignite the spark of war on other fronts.”

Since Tel Aviv alone cannot resist a possible Tehran attack, the regime authorities need American support to defend themselves, just like the April 14th attack by Iran.
