WANA (Oct 20) – The Speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly of Iran said, “The European Union and other exaggerators should know that the three islands of Abu Musa, Greater Tunb, and Lesser Tunb are an inseparable part of Iran, and no one will dare to act against this indisputable principle.”

Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, Speaker of Iran’s Parliament, stated, “The martyrdom of the hero in the struggle against oppression and occupation, the head of Hamas’ political office, Mr. Yahya Sinwar, is painful for any free human being. He dedicated his life to defending his people and pushing back the Zionist occupiers from Palestinian lands. One of the heroic actions of the martyr Sinwar throughout his valuable life was planning and executing the complex Al-Aqsa Storm operation, which altered the security, military, political, and regional equations of this regime and dealt an irreparable blow to the existence of this cancerous tumor.”

The Speaker added, “As we have seen, despite the martyrdom of ‘The Great Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah,’ Hezbollah remains alive, and by the will of God, we will see that after Sinwar, Hamas will continue to live and actively resist occupation. The images of his fight to the last breath will inspire the upbringing of tens and hundreds of Sinwars and Nasrallahs worldwide, accelerating the liberation of Al-Quds.”

Referring to his trip to Lebanon last week, Ghalibaf expressed his gratitude to all citizens and officials who warmly welcomed him, saying, “We must not forget that we are all soldiers of Iran. The significant impact of our presence in Beirut is not due to personal traits but stems from the responsibility we carry within the sacred system of the Islamic Republic. Our dear Iran is so grand and powerful that the presence of its representative on the ground in the region leads to shifts in international dynamics.”

The Speaker emphasized, “Our duty was to convey the message of support from the proud Iranian nation to the people of Lebanon and the forces of resistance, and to use the platform of global parliamentary assemblies to communicate the message of the Lebanese people’s suffering and strength to the world. Today, I would like to tell our dear people that under God’s will, the main point of reliance for the people of Lebanon is the leadership, officials, and people of Iran.”

He continued, “Today, the strategic defeats of the Zionists on the ground have made things so difficult for the regime that it has resorted to killing and displacing Lebanese civilians. Alongside the clear responsibilities we officials have, I ask the Muslim people of Iran and the Shia followers of the Ahl al-Bayt to help meet the needs of displaced Lebanese victims, who have neutralized the regime’s pressure with their exemplary support of Hezbollah, fulfilling their humanitarian and religious duties by participating in nationally approved campaigns like the Iran Hemdel Campaign, and to register their names among the effective supporters of the resistance front.”

Ghalibaf further stated, “It is also necessary to clarify that the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Persian Gulf, instead of using its power to stop the war machine of the Zionist regime, continues to make baseless claims regarding the territorial integrity of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The European Union and some of its influential member states, once independent and sovereign, have now degraded themselves to mere followers of the Zionist regime, justifying its genocide in Gaza and Lebanon. The European Union and other exaggerators should know that the three islands of Abu Musa, Greater Tunb, and Lesser Tunb are inseparable parts of Iran, and no one will dare to act against this indisputable principle. For their own sake, they should not test the will of the Iranian nation in affirming this principle.”
