Jordan Condemns Israeli Aggression Against Iran as Violation of Sovereignty
WANA (Oct 26) – Jordan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has condemned the Israeli regime’s aggression against Iran, characterizing it as a violation of sovereignty and a breach of international law that exacerbates tensions in the region.
In an official statement, the ministry asserted that Israel’s attack on Iran constitutes a clear infringement on the sovereignty of the Islamic Republic and violates established international norms.
The statement highlighted that this aggression is dangerous and could lead to further regional escalations. It warned of the potential for conflicts that threaten the stability and security of both the region and the world, urging the international community to fulfill its responsibilities by taking immediate actions to halt aggressions in Gaza, the West Bank, and Lebanon.
Additionally, the Jordanian Army stated, “The military has not permitted any military aircraft from conflicting parties in the region to cross its airspace. We have closely monitored the recent escalation of military tensions. The Jordanian Air Force oversees the situation and is prepared to protect the homeland.”
