He emphasized that Hezbollah is committed to implementing the military plan developed by Seyed Nasrallah for resistance and, within this strategy, will remain prepared to face ongoing threats.

Referring to the importance of supporting the people of Gaza and confronting the Israeli regime, he stated, “Supporting Gaza is essential to counter the Israeli threat that extends from Gaza to the entire region, and everyone must provide the necessary support along this path.” He reiterated that Hezbollah would continue its struggle to liberate the land and oppose Israel’s expansionist objectives.

Iran Supports Us Without Any Demands

Sheikh Naim Qassem highlighted the role of the Islamic Republic of Iran in supporting the resistance, saying, “Iran supports us with the goal of defending the oppressed and liberating lands, without asking anything from Hezbollah in return. Iran and Lebanon share a common faith and goal, and with their cooperation and support, we will continue to strengthen the resistance front.” He added, “We are not fighting on behalf of any country; we are solely focused on defending our land and people.”

Regarding collaboration with other countries, he remarked, “We welcome any Arab or Islamic country that wishes to support us in confronting Israel. If a country offers us weapons, should we refuse them?”

Honoring Imam Khomeini and Ayatollah Khamenei as Pioneers of Resistance

Sheikh Naim Qassem praised Imam Khomeini’s role in initiating the resistance and his stance against the Zionist regime, affirming, “Imam Khomeini laid the foundation for the path of resistance and, with courage and wisdom, declared that Israel must be eliminated.” He also acknowledged the leadership of Ayatollah Khamenei, saying, “His Eminence Ayatollah Khamenei took up the banner of resistance with courage and provided us with all the necessary support.”

Prepared for a Long War and Major Achievements of the Resistance

Emphasizing Hezbollah’s readiness for a prolonged war, Sheikh Naim stated, “We have skilled forces and extensive resources that we will use if needed.” He pointed to the high capability of Hezbollah’s commanders, assuring supporters of the resistance not to worry, as the movement is fully prepared to counter any threat.

This appointment followed the assassination of Seyed Hassan Nasrallah, the former leader of Hezbollah, in an attack by the Zionist regime in Beirut’s southern suburb.
