Iran and Lebanon Discuss Solutions for Air Travel Disruption
WANA (Feb 15) – Iran’s Foreign Minister, Seyed Abbas Araghchi, and his Lebanese counterpart, Youssef Raji, held a telephone conversation on Saturday to discuss bilateral relations and regional developments.
During the call, both ministers emphasized their commitment to enhancing cooperation in various fields, including political, economic, commercial, and cultural sectors, for the mutual benefit of the two nations.
Araghchi congratulated Raji on his appointment as Lebanon’s new Foreign Minister and wished success to both him and the newly-formed Lebanese government.
The two ministers also focused on finding solutions to the recent disruptions in passenger flights between Iran and Lebanon. They expressed their readiness for constructive dialogue based on goodwill to resolve the issue.
No Lebanese Flights Without Iranian Flight Permits
