WANA (Sep 02) – Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister, Seyed Abbas Araghchi, pointed to the countless atrocities committed by the Israeli regime in Gaza, stating that Israel is attempting to escalate tensions in the region to the brink of a dangerous crisis.

In a post on his personal account on the social network X, Araghchi highlighted the ongoing crimes by the Israeli regime in Gaza and the deployment of its war machine to the West Bank, noting that Israel is trying to push the level of tension in the region to the threshold of a dangerous crisis.

Araghchi also emphasized the responsibility of Israel’s Western supporters regarding these crimes, adding that if Western backers of Tel Aviv do not prevent its ongoing provocations and criminal actions, they will be complicit in the consequences of these actions and must be held accountable.

Despite 332 days having passed since the Al-Aqsa Storm operation, the Israeli regime continues its ongoing attacks and raids in the West Bank and targets both the northern and southern areas of the Gaza Strip with airstrikes, resulting in the martyrdom of more than 10 people.

Meanwhile, the discovery of the bodies of six captives in Gaza has sparked the largest protest against Netanyahu in recent months in Tel Aviv. His opponents have called for a nationwide strike today and are protesting against him due to his refusal to agree to a prisoner exchange.
