WANA (May 11) – Dr. Javad Oji, Iran’s oil minister, arrived in Baghdad as the head of a delegation to strengthen cooperation in various energy fields with Iraq.

 

After meeting with his Iraqi counterpart, he announced signing a memorandum of understanding between Iran and Iraq on developing joint oil and gas fields.

 

Oji clarified that they agreed with the Iraqi side about the gas contract extension.
