WANA (June 26) – The spokesperson of Anzali Free Zone Organization stated that we are beginning to engage in economic diplomacy with our first sea-rail transit shipment.

 

According to a report from the public relations and international affairs management of the Anzali Free Zone Organization, Mehdi Kazemian, the organization’s spokesperson, announced that the first transit cargo was carried out through Anzali Free Zone following the official launch of the national plan to connect the Caspian port complex to the national rail lines. This launch took place in the presence of the acting president.

 

He announced the transit cargo transited through the Anzali Free Zone, which includes 60,000 tons of urea.
He also said that in the first stage, 7,000 tons of this cargo will be sent by rail to Turkey after the ship is unloaded from Turkmenistan.
