Belgian Youth Write to Iran’s Supreme Leader
WANA (July 23) – A group of Belgian youth has written a letter to Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, expressing heartfelt gratitude for his recent message supporting solidarity demonstrations for the people of Gaza in American and European universities. They wrote: “We are deeply moved by your call for justice and the pursuit of truth, as well as your unwavering commitment to the cause of Palestine and the oppressed worldwide.”
The letter from the Belgian youth to the Supreme Leader reads: “Your tireless efforts for mutual understanding, justice, and solidarity in addressing the complex challenges we face are of fundamental importance. We are determined to deepen our understanding of Islam.”
The letter highlights the movement of European and American students in support of Palestine as evidence of the growing awareness among Western youth about global injustices. It emphasizes: “We eagerly anticipate the continuation of this fruitful exchange of dialogue and constructive cooperation.”
The letter has been published in Persian, English, French, and Arabic with the hashtag #LETTER4LEADER.
