Collaboration Among Universities of Turkey, Azerbaijan, and Iran in Chemistry
WANA (Aug 27) – Based on a trilateral agreement, Erciyes University of Turkey, Khazar University of Azerbaijan, and Shahid Madani University of Azerbaijan in Iran will collaborate to advance scientific growth in the fields of chemistry and environmental science.
This agreement was signed during the 11th International Conference on Chemistry and Environment at Shahid Madani University of Azerbaijan in Tabriz.
The President of Shahid Madani University stated that the university’s researchers, in line with the global scientific community, are conducting research across all scientific fields through seven faculties, 30 academic departments, and four research institutes. With approximately 300 professors, over 7,000 Iranian students, and 1,000 international students, the university plays a significant role in scientific production and strengthening industry-university relations.
This international conference, held in collaboration with the Iranian Chemical Society, features the participation of both domestic and international researchers from Turkey, Azerbaijan, and Iran, who are presenting scientific papers in the fields of chemistry and environmental science.
