WANA (July 29) -Foreign guests and high-ranking political delegation leaders attending the inauguration ceremony of the ninth President of the Islamic Republic of Iran met and consulted with the Acting Foreign Minister.

 

Ali Bagheri Kani, Acting Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, met and consulted with the leaders of high-ranking political delegations and foreign guests present at the inauguration ceremony of Masoud Pezeshkian, the ninth President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which was held on Tuesday afternoon, July 31, in the Islamic Consultative Assembly.

 

In this context, Mamadou Tangara, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Gambia, who traveled to Tehran to attend the inauguration ceremony, met and held talks with Bagheri Kani on Monday morning.

 

Previously, Elio Rodriguez Perdomo, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cuba, another guest of the inauguration ceremony, discussed the latest developments in bilateral relations and the most important issues in the field of international cooperation with the Acting Foreign Minister of Iran.

 

Additionally, Bagheri Kani will hold further consultations and talks today with the Foreign Ministers of Egypt, Eritrea, and Tanzania, as well as the Deputy Prime Minister of Lebanon.
