Ghalibaf Urges Cyber Governance Plan, Slams Western Allegations
WANA (Sep 15) – In a public session of Iran’s Parliament on Sunday, September 15, Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf emphasized the need for the Supreme Council of Cyberspace and the government to draft a roadmap for lawful governance in cyberspace.
He also highlighted the importance of unity among Muslims in addressing the Palestinian issue, stating that the liberation of Al-Quds is a shared goal across all Islamic sects.
Ghalibaf condemned the unfounded accusations by Western countries, particularly the European Troika, against Iran, attributing these claims to their influence by the Israeli regime, and asserted that such false allegations hinder constructive dialogue.
Ghalibaf congratulated the Iranian nation and armed forces on the successful launch of the “Chamran-1” satellite into a 550 km orbit using the Qaem satellite carrier.
He also praised Iran’s Paralympic athletes for their achievements, including the seated volleyball team’s victory, world records in weightlifting and javelin, and another gold medal won by Sareh Javanmardi, Iran’s most decorated female athlete.
