WANA (July 11) – In the spring of 2024, which is considered the final season of the 13th government’s performance, the number of employed people in the country reached 24,745,528, which is 1,069,634 more than in the spring of 2021 (the final season of Rouhani‘s government).

In simpler terms, the net employment during the 13th government’s three-year performance was 1,696,000 people.

Net employment refers to the total number of jobs created during the period in question minus the number of people who left the employed population during the same period, which includes unemployed individuals, retirees, deceased individuals, etc.

Therefore, on average, the net employment grew by 356,000 people annually during the 13th government, whereas under Rouhani’s administration, the average annual net employment increase was only 188,000. This figure was 246,000 people during Ahmadinejad’s administration.

Thus, it is clear that Raisi’s three-year government has delivered the best job creation performance in the past three decades, while Rouhani’s government has had the worst performance.
