WANA (Dec 04) – Iran’s First Vice President, Mohammad Reza Aref, and China’s Vice Premier, Ding Xuexiang, have emphasized the importance of expanding the bilateral relations between the two major Asian countries, highlighting their significant role in enhancing regional peace and security, while also stressing the need for broader economic cooperation.

 

The meeting took place at the Saadabad Complex in Tehran as part of the ongoing implementation of the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Program between Iran and China. Diplomatic delegations from both countries discussed ways to enhance cooperation, particularly in the economic sector and other areas of mutual interest.

 

During the meeting, Iran’s First Vice President and China’s Vice Premier reiterated that expanding ties between these key Asian nations would profoundly impact regional stability. They both stressed the importance of developing further avenues for cooperation and boosting economic exchanges between the two countries.
