WANA (August 13) – The Iranian student robotics team, which traveled to Beijing to participate in the World Robotics Championships, has successfully repeated its previous achievement by securing second place in the team category of the Technical Report league. China took first place in this competition, Iran came in second, and Romania claimed third place.

 

The Iranian team competes in other leagues, including Line Follower, Sumo, Rugby, and Creativity, against their rivals.

 

The competitions began on August 9th in Beijing, with the Iranian team consisting of 48 students and 16 teams competing in various age categories under 17 years old.

 

Additionally, in the Creativity League for the 12 to 17-year-old age group, a group of Iranian students achieved fourth place for the first time in a very close competition.
