Iran’s $20 Billion Trade with Neighboring Countries
WANA (July 25) – Mohammad Reza Nafar, Head of Iran’s Customs Administration, announced that trade with neighboring countries reached $20 billion in the first four months of this year, marking a 6% increase.
During this period, the weight of trade between Iran and 15 neighboring countries totaled 34.196 million tons.
Out of the total trade, Iran exported 26.981 million tons worth $10.642 billion, and imported 7.215 million tons worth $9.179 billion.
Iran’s trade balance with its 15 neighboring countries, excluding oil, was positive by $1.5 billion.
