WANA (Apr 06) – The National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) has released the official selling prices (OSPs) for its various crude oil grades for April 2025.

 

According to the announcement, Iranian Light crude will be sold at a premium of $1.75 per barrel over the North Sea Brent benchmark in the Northwest European and South African markets.

 

Meanwhile, Iranian Heavy crude is priced $0.05 below Brent in these same markets. Forouzan crude will be marketed at a $0.05 premium over Brent.

 

In the Mediterranean market, Iranian Heavy and Forouzan crudes are set at $0.40 and $0.35 discounts to Brent, respectively. Iranian Light crude in this region will be priced $1.70 above Brent.

 

For Asian buyers, where the pricing benchmark is the average of Oman/Dubai crude, Iranian Light crude will be sold at a premium of $3.95 per barrel in April 2025, showing a slight decrease from the previous month.

 

Iranian Heavy and Forouzan grades will be priced $1.90 and $2.15 above the Oman/Dubai average, respectively.
