WANA (Oct 28) – In a meeting, Brigadier General Amir Nasirzadeh, Iran’s Minister of Defense and Armed Forces Logistics, addressed a group of international students and foreign military attachés in Tehran, affirming that recent Israeli aggression inflicted only minor damage on Iranian facilities. “We swiftly repaired and restored the damage using our own scientific expertise and capabilities,” he stated.

Quoting the Quranic verse, “And prepare against them whatever forces you can muster,” Nasirzadeh emphasized the importance of scientific strength as a critical tool for national empowerment. “Scientific power,” he noted, “grants any country a distinct advantage over others. While some misuse scientific knowledge for malign purposes, when placed in the hands of the righteous, it serves justice and resists oppression.”

Nasirzadeh further criticized U.S. intervention in various global regions, including the South China Sea, Taiwan, the Bab-el-Mandeb Strait, and the Russia-Ukraine conflict, as part of a broader unilateral agenda. He encouraged justice-seeking nations, both Muslim and non-Muslim, to leverage scientific power and focus on shared values to counter unilateralism.

Referring to Israel’s disregard for international laws meant to uphold human rights, Nasirzadeh highlighted that if Iran’s scientific capability were in the hands of others, “they would never allow us such resilience and repair.”
