WANA (Feb 14) –  Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi will travel to Oman in the coming week to participate in the 8th Indian Ocean Rim Ministerial Meeting, Foreign Ministry Spokesman Esmaeil Baghaei announced on Friday.

 

According to Baghaei, Araghchi is attending the summit in Muscat at the official invitation of Oman, India, and Singapore, the event’s co-hosts.

 

The high-level meeting, held under the theme “Towards New Horizons of Maritime Partnership,” will bring together senior officials from 20 member states.

 

In addition to delivering a speech at the gathering, Araghchi is scheduled to hold bilateral meetings with his counterparts and other attending officials.
