WANA (Oct 16) – Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi embarked on a trip to Jordan this morning and arrived there, continuing his regional diplomatic initiatives.

 

This marks the first visit by an Iranian Foreign Minister to Jordan since 2014.

 

This visit is part of broader diplomatic efforts to promote peace and stability in the region.

 

According to Esmaeil Baghaei, the Foreign Ministry’s spokesperson, Araghchi is also scheduled to visit Egypt and Turkey.

 

His agenda includes discussions on ending war, genocide, and humanitarian crises. Araghchi will also attend the 3+3 Caucasus meeting in Istanbul.

 

Earlier, he visited Lebanon, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Iraq, and Oman, focusing on stopping Israeli atrocities in Gaza and providing aid to Lebanon.
