Iran’s Foreign Ministry Condemns Death of Iranian Doctor by Israel in Lebanon
WANA (Oct 23) – The Iranian Foreign Ministry has strongly condemned the killing of Iranian doctor Ali Heydari by Israel during an attack on a hospital in Lebanon.
In a statement, the ministry expressed condolences, and noted, “Martyr Heydari had been in Beirut for some time, driven by a sense of humanitarian and religious duty to provide medical assistance to those in need.”
The Foreign Ministry strongly condemned this act as a war crime and emphasized the responsibility of relevant organizations and institutions to document the repeated gross violations of international humanitarian rights and the attacks on hospitals and medical personnel in Gaza and Lebanon.
