1. The Middle East belongs to its people. It should not serve as a battleground for the rivalries of major powers and must not fall victim to external geopolitical ambitions. The future and destiny of Middle Eastern nations must be determined by their own people.
2. The international community must fully respect the sovereignty, security, stability, unity, and territorial integrity of Middle Eastern countries. It must take into account their legitimate demands, respect the independent decisions of their people, preserve the history, culture, and customs of the region, and play a constructive role in promoting Middle Eastern peace and stability.
3. The path to achieving stability and peace in the Middle East lies in adhering to political solutions, based on international law and without foreign interference.
4. The continuation of the rapprochement between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and sustained dialogue among regional countries is supported.
5. Resolving the Palestinian issue requires respecting and restoring the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people and ending occupation. The immediate priority is establishing a ceasefire, ensuring a complete military withdrawal from Gaza, and delivering humanitarian aid. The ceasefire agreement in Lebanon must be implemented effectively. Comprehensive efforts should be made in Syria to combat terrorism and extremism, achieve national reconciliation, and deliver humanitarian assistance.
