WANA (JULY 01) — Nasser Kanani, the spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, wrote that threatening and insulting voters through ridiculous behaviour and the ugliest words to Iranians abroad resulted in nothing but misery and a global display of the depth of their vulgarity.

He said that despite some difficulties, the presence of dear Iranian compatriots abroad at the voting booths was one of the beautiful manifestations of the national solidarity of Iranians inside and outside the country.
