WANA (July 24) – Jonas Gahr Støre, the Prime Minister of Norway, has sent a message congratulating Masoud Pezeshkian on his election as the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

 

On behalf of the Norwegian government, I congratulate you on your inauguration as the President of Iran, he stated.

 

I hope to develop the ties between our two countries further. I look forward to continuing our dialogues on bilateral, regional, and global issues and to persist in our efforts to promote peace and stability, he mentioned.
