WANA (May 10) – This morning, Ayatollah Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of Iran, met with a group of workers from across the country and spoke on various issues. He stated: “Muslim nations must not allow the issue of Palestine to be forgotten, and the entire world must stand up to the crimes of the Zionist regime and its supporters in Gaza and Palestine.”

 

Global Efforts to Distract from the Palestinian Cause

In this meeting, the Supreme Leader said that malicious policies being employed globally today against nations are trying to push the issue of Palestine into oblivion.

 

He emphasized: “They must not allow it. Muslim nations must not allow it. With various rumors, with various statements, with the introduction of new issues—new, irrelevant, meaningless topics—they try to divert minds from the issue of Palestine. Minds must not be distracted from the issue of Palestine.”

 

The Crimes of Israel Cannot Be Ignored

He continued: “The crime being committed by the Zionist regime in Gaza, in Palestine, is not something that can be overlooked. The entire world must stand against it. They must stand against the Zionist regime itself and also against the supporters of the Zionist regime.”

The Leader of Iran added: “The Americans, in the truest sense of the word, are supporting them. Now, in the realm of politics, statements are made, things are said that might suggest otherwise, but the reality is not that. The reality is that the oppressed people of Palestine, the oppressed people of Gaza, are today not only facing the Zionist regime—they are facing America, they are facing Britain.”

 

Assurance of Victory for Palestine

In the continuation of the meeting, Ayatollah Khamenei said: “By the grace of God, by divine might and majesty, Palestine will achieve victory over the Zionist occupiers. This will definitely happen.”

 

“Falsehood has its moment of flourish—it shows off for a few days, but it is destined to perish. It will certainly go away; there is no doubt about it. These appearances that we are witnessing—the things they are doing, the progress they are making in Syria and elsewhere—are not signs of strength but signs of weakness, and, God willing, they will lead to greater weakness,” he added.

 

“We hope that the Iranian nation and all faithful nations will, God willing, witness with their own eyes the day of Palestine’s victory over the invaders and usurpers of Palestine,” in a hopeful tone, the Supreme Leader stated.
