Pezeshkian: Some Have Undermined Humanity
WANA (Apr 27) – Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian emphasized that certain individuals, despite their seemingly human appearance, are among the most brutal beings on this planet, slaughtering innocent people, women, and children without any fear, pain, or mental suffering.
Speaking on Sunday, April 27, at the Third Iran-Africa Cooperation Summit, Pezeshkian began by expressing gratitude to the participants for accepting Iran’s invitation and welcoming them to the country.
“Before starting the session, I extend my condolences to the families of those who lost their lives in the tragic incident at Shahid Rajaee Port, and I wish a swift recovery for the injured. Necessary orders have been issued to the Minister of Health and experts to vigorously pursue the matter and resolve the issues promptly,” he stated.
In his address, the President noted, “We all live on a small ball in the solar system — a small home we share. Whether it is Africa, America, or Asia, we all live on the same planet and can benefit from the blessings of God on this Earth. In our divine book, it is emphasized that all human beings form one community.”
God sent prophets to prevent us from fighting each other, and the divine book commands that when differences arise, we should judge based on justice, rights, and fairness — not turn into savages. We must embody the higher values of humanity,” he added.
Pezeshkian lamented, “Unfortunately, some have become greedy aggressors, violating others’ rights and committing atrocities. They have displaced and killed people, questioning the very essence of humanity.”
He reiterated, “Some individuals, hiding behind human faces, are the most brutal creatures on Earth. They massacre innocent people, women, and children without hesitation or mental anguish. These acts of aggression stem from their insatiable greed.”
The President went on to stress that, “Iran and our belief is that we all share a common origin. We all have the same genetic roots, although minor differences in communication chains may result in varying appearances or races.”
“There is no superiority among us except in humanity and ability. Iran stands ready to share all its achievements with you, dear friends — in health, trade, industry, and agriculture — so that we may create a world filled with peace and security for all human beings, where everyone lives in tranquility, prosperity, and safety,” he continued.
He added, “We must join hands to build a home filled with love and peace. Instead of sowing seeds of hatred, violence, and resentment, we must cultivate a will and belief that fosters friendship and kindness, allowing free interaction and mutual assistance. Respecting one another’s rights will enable us to live peacefully on this Earth, making the most of the blessings God has granted us.”
The President emphasized, “Together, we can build a future full of love, compassion, forgiveness, and humanity. Our trades and exchanges must serve to foster peace and a pure spirit. I hope that during your time in Iran, we can establish strong relations and cohesion with our experts and officials. We are fully prepared to cooperate in all fields. As human beings, we see it as our duty to help one another.”
Concluding, Pezeshkian underscored the necessity of promoting peace, tranquility, and humanity across the globe, saying, “We were created to stand together. I hope we join hands and bring the home we share to peace, tranquility, and security.”
