In his message, he emphasized that during this critical historical period, defending Lebanon’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, as well as upholding the noble ideals of the resistance front and the oppressed Palestinian nation, holds immense historical significance. He expressed confidence that Sheikh Qassem’s distinguished and committed leadership will fortify the spirit of resistance and continue the path of the esteemed martyrs of this front.

Hojatoleslam Sheikh Naim Qassem (may his grace endure),

 

With reverence to the memory of the honorable martyr, Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah, I extend my warm congratulations to you on your appointment as Secretary-General of Hezbollah in Lebanon, as well as to the people and government of Lebanon and all the brave fighters of the resistance front.

 

Undoubtedly, in these sensitive times, defending the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Lebanon, as well as the noble cause of the resistance and the oppressed people of Palestine, carries profound historical importance. I am confident that your presence, as a bright and experienced figure at the helm of Hezbollah, will reinforce the determination within the resistance and continue the enlightened path of the revered martyrs of this front.

 

I hope that through the unity of the Islamic Ummah, the continued support of Muslim countries, and the awakened consciences worldwide, we may witness an end to the aggressions of the illegitimate Zionist regime and the establishment of peace, calm, and security in Gaza, Lebanon, and the entire region.
