Six countries can not enter Iranian waters. Gen Tangsiri
WANA (Jun 13) -Admiral Alireza Tangsiri, the commander of the IRGC Navy, talked about Iran’s military developments in a radio interview. He said that before the revolution, the maximum range of missiles was 40 kilometres, but today the shortest span of Iranian missiles is 40 kilometres. “Also, a foreign adviser entered the country with each rocket,” he said.
Iran’s military power has made significant progress in recent years. The construction of advanced military equipment has even surprised many experts. Iranians have achieved notable military advances while under the most severe sanctions from the United States and the West.
Iran’s military power is equal to the size of the first few countries in the region. The achievements of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps in the maritime domain have grown significantly.
According to the world’s maritime powers, in the waters of the Persian Gulf, the navy of the IRGC and the Iranian army has a high degree of dominance. Numerous vessels in different classes follow different missions in this field every day.
American and British navies are more careful about their traffic in the waters of the Persian Gulf. Monitoring the actions of the American and Western ships by the Iranian navy in real-time; therefore, to prevent tension, the Americans try only to take action that is not against Iranian laws and coordinate with the Iranian side for any measures.
Admiral Alireza Tangsiri, Commander of the IRGC Navy: “Before the Iranian revolution, we didn’t dare to ask the ships that entered our waters why and for what they entered our waters. But today, six countries, including England, America, France, New Zealand, and Australia, are not allowed to enter the waters of Iran. When they enter (by mistake), they quickly leave for the waters of our neighbours. It shows our authority.”
