WANA (Aug 21) – Three million Iranians have travelled to Iraq to participate in the Arbaeen pilgrimage. According to coordinated efforts between Iran and Iraq, non-resident nationals from countries such as Afghanistan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, and others are allowed to enter Iraq through the Shalamcheh border to take part in this religious event.

Reports indicate that various services, including catering, medical aid, and accommodation facilities, are available to pilgrims in Iran’s border cities and in Iraqi cities. These services are accessible to all Arbaeen participants.
