10 to 16 percent of car prices have dropped in Iran
WANA (May 9) – The high price of cars in Iran and its low supply have angered people recently.
People believe the government needs to act correctly regarding car production and supply. On the other hand, the presence of mafia and brokers in this industry has always been one of the factors in the failure of various governments’ plans in this field.
Motmani, the head of the car vendors’ union in Iran, has announced today that the car market is calm, and the level of transactions has almost reached zero.
He said there are many car sellers but very few car buyers in the market. And the car market has practically become without customers.
The process of price reduction, which started two weeks ago, continues. The car market shows a 10-16% price reduction in most domestic and assembled products.
