WANA (May 13) – The Iraqi ambassador in Tehran was summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs today.

 

According to the spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran, Naser Kanaani, “This morning (Saturday, May 13), the ambassador of the Republic of Iraq was called to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.”

 

The head of the office of the Persian Gulf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, while announcing the strong protest of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the invitation of members of separatist groups, as well as the continuation of some movements of terrorist groups in the Kurdistan Region Iraq described these actions as contrary to the recent security agreement between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Iraq.
