According to the world’s maritime powers, in the waters of the Persian Gulf, the navy of the IRGC and the Iranian army has a high degree of dominance. Numerous vessels in different classes follow different missions in this field every day.

American and British navies are more careful about their traffic in the waters of the Persian Gulf. Monitoring the actions of the American and Western ships by the Iranian navy in real-time; therefore, to prevent tension, the Americans try only to take action that is not against Iranian laws and coordinate with the Iranian side for any measures.

Admiral Alireza Tangsiri, Commander of the IRGC Navy: “Before the Iranian revolution, we didn’t dare to ask the ships that entered our waters why and for what they entered our waters. But today, six countries, including England, America, France, New Zealand, and Australia, are not allowed to enter the waters of Iran. When they enter (by mistake), they quickly leave for the waters of our neighbours. It shows our authority.”
