WANA (Dec 18) – Dr. Ali Bagheri Keni, political deputy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran in an press conference in Tokyo, said:

“Yemenis are independent actors in the international scene who act based on their diagnosis, and therefore, it is not right to link their actions to others (Iran).”

In response to a question about Iran’s expectations from Japan regarding the Gaza war, he said: “It is natural that the Japanese government, considering its international role and position, will try to stop the war in Gaza, so the expectation is that as long as the Zionist regime continues the crime against the people of Gaza, other countries should reconsider their relations with Israel.”
